Ian has been my son’s math tutor for the past 4 years. Our goal was more than just grades; it was also about building confidence to overcome math anxiety and exploring the potential of math-oriented careers, should our son choose that path. Today, our son consistently scores A’s and shows no signs of math anxiety. I would also add that a key factor in welcoming a tutor into our home with our child is trust.
